this was last night, and pretty much everyone on the bill was “the tits.” paul scheer did a hilarious set as a disaster relief expert (EVERYONE — please be prepared for the possibility of AIDS TORNADOS ! ).
it was all in pretty rich contrast to the night before, in which i saw a girl do a stand-up set on the challenges of masturbating when her cat was in the room, which was its own brand of comedy AIDS tornado, though of course not as disastrous as the guy whose stand-up i saw last week, who played his guitar and sang about killing (yes) “ugly chicks who deceive us with their sunglasses.”
i guess what i’m saying is, THIS MELTDOWN EVENT IS A SUPERDUPER COMEDY WINNER, and you should obviously go next month and every month thereafter.
